Choose the foil number and it's color, as well as three colors for your balloon bouquet. We will repeat them in each layer.
Choose 2 colors. It can be the same colors or different colors. Add your personalized message in the order notes on the shopping cart page.
Choose the Color for 16'' Foil Numbers , As well as 2 colors for the base: (Color 1 (5"), Color 2 (5")) for your balloon table centerpiece
