Choose colors for your balloon bouquet can be the same colors or all completely different colors from top to bottom
Choose up to 4 colors for your balloon column and your Topper Balloon
Choose the foil number and it's color, as well as three colors for your balloon bouquet. We will repeat them in each layer.
